2026年4月からの国际交流会馆と学生寮入居者を募集します。入居を希望する方は、申请フォームから申し込んでください。

対象：岩手大学に在学中の外国人留学生(在留资格が「留学」の方)
申请缔切：　2026年2月6日（金）　厳守
结果通知：　３月中旬（予定）

◆募集タイプ◆　
?国际交流会馆（単身室）：23名
?国际交流会馆（シェアユニットタイプ）：35名
?自启寮（2人部屋?个室）：5室（10名）
?红梅寮：3名

※国际交流会馆、学生寮及びその敷地内は、禁烟?火気厳禁です。
※国际交流会馆?学生寮（自启寮?红梅寮）は集団生活であるため、入居中はルールやマナーを守ることが必要です。

※国际交流会馆では、寄宿料に加え、以下の料金が発生します。
　　?施设使用料（初回のみ?全员）：30,000円
　　?インターネット利用料（全员）　：6か月まで：11,000円、12か月まで：24,200円
　　?寝具レンタル料（希望者のみ）：6か月まで：7,700円、12か月まで：15,400円
なお、入居许可期间の途中で退居した场合でも、上记の料金は返金いたしません。一部返金（日割り计算など）もできません。

※自启寮はすべて２人部屋ですが、个室を希望する场合は、２人部屋に１人入居となります。

※2026年3月で入居期间が切れる留学生で、引き続き入居を希望する场合は、改めて申请フォームから申し込みする必要があります。

《国际交流会馆のメリット?デメリット》
〈メリット〉
?大学やスーパー、コンビニが近くにある。
?様々な国の留学生と一绪に过ごすことができる。
?寄宿料に电気、水道料金が含まれているため、民间アパートに比べて家赁が安い。
（ただし、一定量を超えた场合别途请求あり）
?管理人が月曜日から土曜日まで勤务しているため、安心して生活ができる。

〈デメリット〉
?部屋の壁が薄いため、隣の部屋の声が闻こえることがある。
?単身室のキッチンが狭く感じる人もいる。

and apply by the application form below.

◆Room types◆　
International House (Single room): 23people
International House (Shared unit): 35people
Dormitories
Jikei-ryo (Twin room/Single room): 5 rooms (10 people)
Kobai-ryo (Single): 3 people

*Smoking and fire are prohibited in the International House, dormitories and surrounding areas.
*Since the International House or the dormitories (Jikei and Kobai-ryo) are group living, residents need to follow the rules and manners during living there.

International House residents are required to pay the following fees in addition to the rent:
?Facility handling charge (One-time/ All residents) : ￥30,000
?Internet access fee (All residents): Up to 6 months: ￥11,000; Up to 12 months: ￥24,200
?Bedding set rental fee (only for those who wish to rent) : Up to 6 months: ￥7,700; Up to 12 months: ￥15,400
If you move out before the end of your approved period of residence, please note that these charge and fees cannot be refunded. This includes partial refunds.

*All rooms in the Jikei-ryo are twin rooms. If you request and receive a single room, you will be given the entire twin room.

*International students whose period of stay will expire in March 2026, please submit the application form if you would like to stay at International House or dormitories.

《Merits and Demerits of the International House》
〈惭别谤颈迟蝉〉
?The International House is located on the University campus and supermarkets and a convenience store are nearby.
?You can stay with various international students.
?The boarding fee includes electricity, gas and water charges. It is also cheaper than other private apartments. (However, if you exceed the usage limit, there will be an additional charge.)
?A manager stays at the International House from Monday to Saturday to manage the facility and respond to residents' inquiries and requests

〈顿别尘别谤颈迟蝉〉
?The room's walls are thin, so you may hear your neighbor's voice from the next room.
?Some students feel the kitchen in the single room is a little narrow.
